Analyze Procedures:  Problem one required the individual to understand a detailed security procedure and to follow an established pattern before answering specific questions. Mr. Cole scored 10 out of a possible 10 points for this problem, which was superior.

Analyze Rules and Information: 
In problem two, the person had to display solid, basic mathematical skills, recognize patterns, sort data, and work with symbols to solve problems. This person achieved 13 out of 13 points, which was evaluated as superior.

Problem Solving:
  This problem asked the candidate to deal with a problem that occurred at CompuTech, Inc. This was to measure the candidate's ability to understand overall organizational and interdepartmental relationships, as well as possessing a structured problem solving approach. This candidate was evaluated as superior by scoring 15 out of 15 points.

Business Analysis:
  Problem four consisted of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at evaluating a person's skill at analyzing common business practices and digesting voluminous information to draw conclusions. The candidate was asked to calculate some complicated invoice totals according to specific criteria and find errors. Mr. Cole scored 10 out of 12 points, which was above average.

Recommendation

With an overall weighted aggregate score of 95%, we strongly recommend this individual for the position of Business Analyst.
