Analyze Procedures: Problem one required the individual to understand a detailed banking procedure and to follow an established pattern before answering specific questions. Mr. Cole scored 8 out of a possible 8 points for this problem, which was superior.

Procedure Creation:
In problem two, the person had to place six statements in the proper sequence in order to create a valid procedure. The goal was to measure the candidate's ability to work with procedures. This person achieved 12 out of 12 points, which was evaluated as superior.

Problem Solving:
The third problem tested concentration and accuracy characteristics by having the person solve progressively difficult expressions according to technical specifications. This candidate displayed superior problem solving abilities by scoring 20 out of 20 points.

Organizational Relationships:
This problem asked the candidate to deal with a problem that occurred at Credible Car Corp. This was to measure the candidate's ability to understand overall organizational and interdepartmental relationships. This candidate was evaluated as superior by scoring 15 out of 15 points.

Business Analysis:
Problem five consisted of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at evaluating a person's skill in analyzing common business practices, and digesting voluminous information in order to draw conclusions. The candidate was asked to calculate some complicated invoice totals according to specific criteria. Mr. Cole scored 20 out of 24 points, which was above average.

Error Detection:
The first part of problem six required the individual to analyze a procedure, then develop a short symbolic program for it. The second part asked the candidate to find and correct errors in an existing program that represented a business requirement. This person scored 21 out of 21, which was superior.

Recommendation

With an overall weighted aggregate score of 96%, we strongly recommend this individual for the position of Business Analyst.
