The pc-based tests offer you all of
the benefits of a fully integrated testing system, including an easy-to-use TestCenter
menu that lets you give a series of tests automatically while you perform other tasks.
SkillCheck™ Tests are fully interactive, allowing applicants to either use the
keyboard or mouse to answer questions. No additional software is required. The software

basic, intermediate, and advanced skills -performance-based tests for software skills,
multiple-choice/multimedia tests for other skills. |

Fully interactive simulation of office software, with no need to purchase the actual
application or any other computer hardware or software or other equipment. |

Independent validation by Linkage, Inc., HR sponsors of the annual Assessment,
Measurement and Evaluation of Human Performance Conference and Exposition. |

Total control over every essential aspect of testing, including the order of questions
(regular or random) number of tries per question, feedback (letting examinees know if they
answer correctly or not), test timing, and other important test options. |

Fully integrated testing from a TestCenter that allows you to give one or more tests
automatically, and display, print, save, export and retrieve test scores and reports. |
|
Feedback: applicant may be informed that they answered correctly and to
move on. This feature may be turned off by the Test Administrator. |
