C.P.F. (People Contact Desired):
C.P.F. measures the candidate's desire for daily people contact on the job. A person who scores in the average range prefers a job with an equal mix of people contact and administrative work. A superior score is 29 or higher. Therefore, with a score of
19, this candidate displayed a high average desire for people contact.
N.P.F. (Emotional Stability): N.P.F. measures a person's emotional stability, responsibility and resistance to stress. This candidate exhibited
above average emotional stability with a score of 23. A superior score is 29 or higher. Groups constituted of persons of high average stability, or more, generally make strong teams, trusting one another and free from manifestations of panic and low morale.

P.F. (5th Edition)
Ms. Sanderson appears to be a reserved individual, who may be cautious about
forming personal attachments. However, she prefers working in teams, and may not
be at her best in situations where she must function independently, even though
she is a "take charge" kind of person. This candidate tends to focus
more on the practical than the abstract, and may not take the feelings of others
into consideration in her decision-making.
Ms. Sanderson seems to be goal-oriented and self-disciplined, and will be very
effective in organized and structured situations, but may find it hard to deal
with the unpredictable. She can be expected to be conscientious and conform to
conventional norms. She appears to possess high average reasoning skills.
Recommendation
Based
upon her performance on this test battery, Ms. Sanderson is recommended for the
position for which she is applying, subject to the weaknesses highlighted in
this report. Although this candidate is somewhat reserved, she appears to be
sufficiently self-motivated so that this will not hinder her from achieving her
personal or organizational goals. Since this candidate is straightforward, and
displayed little tendency to tell her superiors what they want to hear, her
striving for perfection, goal attainment, discipline and independence are all
very positive. If hired, she should be encouraged to be more outgoing, flexible,
and attuned to the feelings of others.
