Procedures:
Problem one required the individual to understand a detailed security
procedure and to follow an established pattern before answering specific

Problem four consisted of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at
evaluating a person's skill at analyzing common business practices and digesting
voluminous information to draw conclusions. The candidate was asked to calculate
some complicated invoice totals according to specific criteria and find errors.
