How do I initiate a testing program for staff selection or training in
conformity with the regulations?
If your company is currently using tests for selection or training,
your personnel department can advise you. Testing is permitted if the
tests are job-related and predictive of on-the-job success. We will
provide, upon request, a detailed brochure addressing the requirements
involved in using testing in accordance with government regulations. We
can also perform test validation and job analysis for you. |
