Walden was one of the early pioneers in the field of testing for programming, system analysis and computer operations aptitude.

Starting with several tests in the 1970's which measured programming aptitude, a new requirement of these times, Walden broadened its coverage by introducing a wide range of aptitude and skills tests to measure most jobs in the marketplace.

We believe that the reason for the longstanding success of the Walden testing model is that the test content is highly job-related and is designed to simulate the jobs they test for in a unique manner.

Walden tests will provide an insight into the skills and performance potential of the individual that is not possible solely from resumes, reference-checking or interviews. Walden test results should be used as part of the hiring process to corroborate input obtained from these other methods.
