To evaluate the knowledge necessary for successful performance as a Retail Salesperson.
This test, from which a three-page detailed evaluation report on each candidate is provided to the client, consists of instruments measuring the following:
- Retail Sales Knowledge: in Part A, the candidate has to answer 15 multiple-choice questions.
- Problem Solving in a Retail Environment: Part B contains 5 short problems that require specific answers.
- Sales Logic: in Part C, the candidate is required to follow a flowchart and answer 10 multiple-choice questions.

This test is used to pre-screen job applicants and in-house personnel in the following positions:
- Retail Salesperson
- Retail Department Head
- Retail Store Manager
- Retail District Sales Manager
