To evaluate the knowledge necessary for successful performance as a Retail Salesperson.

General Description

This test, from which a three-page detailed evaluation report on each candidate is provided to the client, consists of instruments measuring the following:

  • Retail Sales Knowledge: in Part A, the candidate has to answer 15 multiple-choice questions.
  • Problem Solving in a Retail Environment: Part B contains 5 short problems that require specific answers.
  • Sales Logic: in Part C, the candidate is required to follow a flowchart and answer 10 multiple-choice questions.

This test is used to pre-screen job applicants and in-house personnel in the following positions:

  • Retail Salesperson
  • Retail Department Head
  • Retail Store Manager
  • Retail District Sales Manager
